Yoga Nidra Meditation is a simple way to reduce stress by bringing awareness to the breath. It is a practice that everyone from children to senior can do. All that your body needs to do is lie down on the floor and even you can’t lie down on the floor you can still do this practice seated.
I have personally use this tool thousands of times even in the afternoons after a long morning. I also sometimes share the practice with my kid and after he felt sleep, I can hear his deep breathing ending into a beautiful sounds of relaxation.
As any other activity, the more you practice the more you will feel the benefits.
