Cilantro – Moringa Dressing

Cilantro has huge benefits because of its incredible nutritional content which includes: Vitamin C, K, A, E, magnesium, potassium, calcium. It helps you to detoxify the liver, support kidneys and help to balance blood sugar levels.

This week, Finca Tres Robles’ CSA came with fresh cilantro, Cherry Tomatoes, crunchy lettuce, radishes among other veggies. I picked the first three to make my salad. Do you know Finca Tres Robles sell Moringa Powder? I added to my dressing salad too.

Moringa nutrients are C, B1, B2, B3, B6, B7, D, E, K. It is a powerful antioxidant, reduce the blood sugar levels and helps with eyes and ear infections.

Enjoy my dressing salad recipe. Your veggies will taste like heaven.

 

Ingredients

  • Large handful of fresh cilantro including the sticks.
  • Half cup of olive oil (first cold press is better)
  • One large garlic clove minced
  • The juice of one lemon
  • Sea Salt or tamari
  • One tablespoon of Raw Apple Vinegar.
  • One teaspoon of Finca Tres Robles Moringa powder.

 

Instructions

Blend all the ingredients in the blender.

 

You can keep the dressing in the fridge however olive oil may be thick. Before serving take dressing out of the fridge and keep out for 30min.
