I wasn’t to much into sweet potato, the closest was when I was a child and we bought them from a man who walked with a small car full with charcoal where the sweet potato were cooked. They really taste very good.
When I change my diet I start following people connected with my new perceptions of food and I found most of them eat sweet potato. So, I began to try it in other versions, first in my green morning juice. Yes, in my juice. It taste really good@! Obviously I added a small piece of orange or pineapple to make it more tasty. Small piece!

2 large sweet potato
Preheat the oven to 375F. Wash and scrub the sweet potato (not need to peel). Slice them into fries and arrange on a parchment paper-lined baking pan. Add coconut oil as much as you needed. I use an important amount and need to feel the oil in my lips. Sprinkle on the salt, garlic powder and lemon pepper. Bake for 30 min or until they star getting down and crispy.
