2 pounds of chard cut into medium pieces
2 tbsp of chopped garlic
Half cup of chopped onions
1 tbsp of coconut oil
1/4 cup of toasted sesame seed oil
1/4 sesame seeds
Heat in a pan the coconut oil, add the garlic and the onions and cook for 4 to 5 min or until it is softened. Add the chard pieces and cover with a lid. Cooked in low heat for 15 min or until it is softened.
When ready turn off the heat, add the toasted sesame seed oil, the shoyu sauce and the sesame seeds
