Easy, healthy snack.
Ingredients:
- Any type of nuts or seeds. I preferred pecan, almonds, sunflowers or pumpkin seeds.
- Species. Ginger, curcuma powder, corrandier or paprika. I choose ground sumac.
- Non refined sea salt.
- Little Coconut oil
Instructions
Heat the coconut oil, add the nuts and roast from 5 to 8 minutes. Sprinkle the salt and species over and stir.
Yum!
These spicy nuts look great!!!! I have not made them up myself but from just looking at the pic, I get a mouth-watering. Good job Brend… Way to go with your new endeavor. Congrats!!!! TQM =)
