Don’t be stress on food this is also part of honoring your body. If your mind is pushing you to eat and you don’t have any resources to support yourself (for example other healthy alternative). Breath! And eat! Just remember – portions / frequency -. Your body knows how to detox itself just don’t push to hard. Find the balance ❤️
