Brown rice

Only eat brown rice or you will miss the whole nutrients. Boiling it is very easy.

-1 cup of brown rice
– three cups of water

– Wait until it boil. Low the temperature and wait until you find the texture you were looking for. Turf off the heat and strain. Raise the rice with cold water to interrupt the boiling.

Add vegetables! Don’t overcooked vegetables
